Antonio & Nikki Carrington are licensed insurance professionals with experience that spans over 20 years. Each of them brings a unique background, skill set, and heartfelt drive to help others in all aspects of the insurance industry. 

Nikki is a Navy Veteran and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial service industry. She has held many sales leadership roles throughout her tenure with her most recent being the Director of Medicare Sales for Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Virginia. Nikki is a native of Virginia and obtained her undergraduate from Virginia State University and most recently, her Master of Science from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.

Antonio is an Air Force Veteran and has over 20 years of experience in the financial institution management and insurance fields. Antonio is a native of Richmond, Virginia. He has extensive experience in managed care insurance solutions for those who have transitioned to assisted living communities and skilled nursing facilities. His focus is to ensure everyone is educated on the choices and resources available to them regardless of the many factors they may face. Antonio is a graduate of Trident University International with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration.

Together they are the managing partners of Carrington Insurance and support licensed life, health, and annuities agents in 14 states and the District of Columbia. The agency focuses on managed care insurance solutions for the disabled and the senior population.
